Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.
### Eligibility for Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if :
* The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
* Lace has not been cut
* The item has no signs of wear, odor, styling, or product use
* The original packaging, tags, and seals are intact
* The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
### Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Wigs or hair that have been worn, washed, cut, dyed, bleached, or altered
* Items with cut lace
* Custom or personalized orders
* Sale or clearance items
* Items returned without prior approval
## Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved issues will be eligible for a replacement or refund.
